Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Manage appointments and maintain front-desk records
Maintain visitor logs and office documentation
Coordinate with different departments
Assist with basic administrative and office tasks
Maintain a clean and professional reception area
Provide excellent customer service
