Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field installation, testing, and system commissioning of advanced technical equipment and systems.
• Execute regular preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of installed technical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical faults, hardware issues, and system malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Provide direct technical support, guidance, and training to customers on-site, enhancing their operational efficiency.
• Conduct technical diagnostics, equipment calibration, and parameter setups for specialized systems.
• Make regular field visits to client locations to ensure customer satisfaction and system performance.
• Maintain accurate service reports, technical logs, and maintenance records for all activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical) or Communication Engineering (BE Communication) is required.
• Freshers to 2 years of relevant technical or field experience are preferred.
• Proficiency in technical system installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Must own a motorbike and possess a valid driving license.
• Interest or knowledge in Radio Communication Systems, Biomedical Systems, and Technical Diagnostics/Calibration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent diagnostic skills are essential.
• Effective technical communication and interpersonal skills for client support are crucial.
• Willingness to perform frequent field visits and handle hands-on technical equipment is necessary.
