Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to generate sales through phone calls and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers and explain the company’s products and services.
Pitch Business Bank Accounts and Business Loan products effectively.
Maintain a mandatory daily talk time of 90 minutes.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Collect required documents from customers for account opening and loan processing.
Follow up regularly with interested leads and customers.
Generate and collect customer data/leads through Google and other online sources.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information.
Build and maintain good customer relationships through professional communication.

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:Less than 35 years

Other Specification

Good communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
Experience in tele sales, tele calling, or banking sales will be preferred.
Must have laptop/Desktop, headset, wifi and quite room to work
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
