  • Above 3 years of experience in relevant field preferably with RHCE certification
  • Familiar with TCP/IP, IP/IPV6, DHCP, DNS, FTP, MAIL, HTTP, NMS, Syslog, MRTG, CACTI, Netflow, Radius, TACACS+, 802.1x, VPN, IPSEC LDAP, NTP, Asterisk soft-switch and VOIP
  • Strong communication and comfortable in a technical customer-facing role

Job Description

  • Maintains and operates Linux and Windows Servers
  • Maintains and operates VOICE, Mail, DNS and NMS systems
  • Builds, documents and tests VMware and Hyper-V virtual solutions
  • Analyzes system logs and identifies problems before occurrence
  • Introduces new technologies into existing environments
  • Performs routine audit and backup of the system plus plans and assists in service outages
  • Tracks and reports every network and system related problems
