Job Description

  • Respond to and resolve queries, concerns, and issues raised by clients/customers/staff promptly
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all support interactions
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the efficient resolution of issues
  • Contribute to the creation and update of support documentation
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance
  • Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate personnel or department
  • Monitor and maintain any tools or systems used for support purposes
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to assist in product/service improvements
