Job Description

  • Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving hardware and software issues reported by clients or colleagues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Hardware and Software Installation: Assisting with the setup, configuration, and installation of computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
  • User Account Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various platforms and systems.

  • Network Support: Assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
