As a Software Implementation and Support Officer, you will be the bridge between our product and our clients. You'll lead end-to-end implementation of our reconciliation software at client sites, train client teams to use the system effectively, and provide ongoing post-go-live support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Setup: Configure and deploy Gokyo Labs' reconciliation software for new clients, including data mapping, rule-setting, and system configuration based on client-specific reconciliation workflows.
Requirement Gathering: Work with client stakeholders (finance, operations, IT teams) to understand their reconciliation processes and translate them into system configurations.
Client Training: Conduct structured training sessions for client employees on how to use the software, covering functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting basics.
Post-Implementation Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after go-live, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day usage.
Data Handling & Validation: Work extensively with Excel/spreadsheets to validate, format, and reconcile client data during implementation and testing phases.
Documentation: Prepare implementation checklists, user manuals, training decks, and support tickets/logs.
Coordination: Liaise with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with client teams to ensure high satisfaction and smooth renewals/expansions.
