Job Overview

Effective technical Support of the POS terminals of different merchants. Smoothening the support on-site & effective communication with merchants. Assisting merchants with the technical operation of POS terminals. Smoothening & easy operation for field visits to merchants. 

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Provide Technical Support in the merchant location for the Easy operation of POS terminals.
• Technical work like application updates of POS terminals by visiting merchants on site.
• Recordkeeping & Reporting of every technical activity.
• Card Personalization tasks in different banks as per requirement.
• Visit Merchants on-site immediately for any kind of assistance.
• Configuration/ Key injection of POS terminals inside the office.
• Technically train Merchants to use POS terminals.
• Need to be availed 24/7 as per the duty schedule of the organization.
• Some other tasks when required & appointed by the company.

Two-wheeler and License compulsory
