Job Description

  • Installation of the supplied UPS, PAC and Smart Solutions system at customer premises
  • Conduct periodic “Preventive Maintenance Services” (PMS) as per the stipulated time with standard services, monitoring and administering of the equipment.
  • Technical diagnostic and maintenance of installed UPS, PAC and Smart Solutions. 
  • Software related troubleshooting of the system failure. 
  • Handling of the cases depending upon nature of problem and predict lead-time and update the team accordingly 
  • Diagnose and maintenance of UPS system and battery and PAC Indoor / Outdoor units
  • Diagnose and maintenance of all power equipment and PACs, at board-level repairing if required of any devices 
  • Share and coordinate the issues, problem and solutions to team to minimize the rectification time period
  • Onsite support for all support calls received from AMC or non-AMC customers
  • Handle the cases in a professional manner with good technical skills and good communication for optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Upgrade of the system as per the requirement. 
  • Proper tracking of system and inventory management 
  • Reporting and documentation of services delivery
