Job Description

Lead and supervise a team of technicians responsible for the maintenance of passive infrastructure.
Schedule and assign tasks, ensuring efficient workflow.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of power systems, cooling systems, and site infrastructure, DG, MDG , Recitifiers, Battery not limited to this list.
Ensure timely resolution of equipment failures and outages.
Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential issues.
Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
Monitor site performance and ensure optimal operating conditions.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Coordinate with other departments and vendors as needed
