Other Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree pass or running in Management from reputed university
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
  • Experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and recordkeeping
  • A good knowledge in computer including Word, Excel

Job Description

  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom,
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
  • Filing document
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
  • Others tasks as specified by management 
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
  • Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
  • Work under pressure, maintain good working relationships with supervisors
  •  organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to maintain proper system for the items log
  • Ability to fill the store requisition and keep tracking for the issuing
