Job Description

  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Receive, load/unload, transfer and systematically manage of materials such as bags/ wooden drums
  • Coils/ rolls of wires /cables,
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, stock transfer entries
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and
  • Record keeping
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and
  • Maintain inventory control
  • Provide up to date stock information as and when asked by the Sales team/ management,
  • Receive telephonic calls/orders particularly from Kathmandu Customers and manage prompt and
  • Effective dispatches
  • Control and lead team of Go-down /warehouse staffs and drivers
  • Regular attendance on all working days
