Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage and maintain inventory, oversee stock movement, and ensure proper storage and record keeping. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of stock, materials, and supplies.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
Issue materials as per authorized requests and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the store.
Maintain stock registers and update inventory records regularly.
Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 (Intermediate).
Ability to maintain stock records and inventory documentation.
