We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Store Assistant to manage front desk operations and support the school’s store/inventory functions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors while also ensuring efficient handling of school supplies and materials. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations efficiently.
Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
Maintain records of school supplies, uniforms, and inventory items.
Issue materials as required and keep track of stock levels.
Coordinate with vendors and assist in procurement processes.
Ensure proper storage and organization of supplies.
Prepare inventory reports and assist in stock audits.

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
