Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently in search of fresh talents to fill our Store manager position for our restaurant based in thamel. This role would be most suitable for (+2/bachelors) students, who wish to work in the administration/acc dept later in the future. No experience required as training will be provided

Responsibilities:

Document daily deliveries to update/reconcile inventory.
Set ordering levels to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
Manages schedules of deliveries to optimize restaurant operations, demands
Communicates with inventory employees to create awareness of standard procedure of ordering, receiving and stocking goods to maintain regular stock levels.
Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.

Update prices of all goods in the software.
assisting SNR ACCOUNTANT & JR ACCOUNTANT in retlated task.
Other administrative task such as banking, documentation.etc.

DUTY HRS: 7-8hrs
