Job Description

  • Manage and run the store in profit at the given location
  • Able to provide immediate solution of customer’s complaints
  • Customer relation management and maintenance
  • Logistic and inventory management of the store
  • Increase sales and maintain records of the same
  • Proper management of delivery system.
  • Daily record keeping and analysis of lost sales and lost customers
  • Maintenance of customer demand and response record
  • Weekly staffs management and scheduling
  • Daily cash management and maintenance
