  • Must have completed at least Intermediate level. Candidates with Bachelor’s degree from the reputed university preferred
  • Must have 2-5 years’ of experience in FMCG / Retail/Other service industry
  • Should have good command in Excel
  • Should have good command in both English& Nepali (speaking and writing)
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Should have ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way
  • Should have leadership quality
  • Should be able to cope with work pressure
  • Time flexibility and mobility is a must
  • Must have 2 wheelers’ driving license with own vehicle

Job Description

  • To assist in establishment and ensure compliance of store’s short-term and long-term goals with overall company’s objectives
  • To follow and enforce store policies and procedures as well as company policies. Be proactive to any other duties assigned by management
  • To deliver and excel the benchmark customer service standards
  • To handle customer complaints and feedback at the spot
  • To conduct periodic inventory control and security checks
  • To oversee inventory management, ensuring that outlet is sufficiently equipped with all necessary inventories for daily operational needs
  • To ensure that visual display and merchandising standards are met
  • Responsible for managing all employees, including but not limited to proper roistering, attendance, coaching/counselling, discipline, grievance handling, terminations and evaluations and maintaining positive employee morale
  • Ensure accuracy in all recording & reporting; Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and other periodic reports as assigned
