Job Description

Objectives: To assist smoothen the functioning of Store Department.
Responsibilities

Maintain goods in a proper place in an orderly manner
Issue goods related to various departments after verifying the requisition
Verify the spare parts and process materials arrived at the office to ensure goods quality and rate of the purchased materials
Identify fast moving and slow moving goods
Prepare the report of daily stock consumption report
Conduct the monthly physical verification of goods and prepare the report accordingly
Maintain minimum re-order stock level and purchase goods if the goods reach to minimum stock level
Maintain good interpersonal relationship with suppliers
Maintain good public relationship with government offices and insurance company
