Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the factory to the correct point of storage area
Issue Sales Challan, Sales Invoice and Gate Pass for dispatch of finished goods
Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation
Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs
Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly
Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received
Responsible to generate purchase challan for all purchase goods
Generate Sales Challan, Sales Invoice, gate pass and dispatch finished goods to customer
Creation and updating batch card
Entry of daily production data in ERP and reporting the production summary to HO
Record keeping of production consumables used daily
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors
Entry of daily production data in ERP
Ensure Biometric System and CC Camera System is working properly. Addition/deletion of employee record in Biometric when required
Provide Picture / Video of Finished Goods whenever requested by Digital Marketing Team

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
Ability to write reports and use Ms. Office Package.
Good verbal and written communication skill.
Expertise in Microsoft Suite
