Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while supporting essential administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, and office events.
Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and procurement.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, clients, and visitors.
Prepare reports, presentations, letters, invoices, and other administrative documents.
Support HR activities such as attendance and employee documentation.
Monitor office expenses, bills, petty cash, and administrative budgets.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, secure, and properly maintained.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, vehicle maintenance, and other logistics as required.
Support management and other departments with administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Prepare budget, plan procurement, get requisition approved, and conduct procurement.
Timely visit various offices/business houses to ensure smooth office administration functions.

Qualifications:

Intermediate Completed
We are looking for candidates who possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
Familiarity with office management software and basic financial principles is a plus.
