Job location: Pokhara

Responsibilities:

• Train, and supervise store staff.
• Set goals for the team and help them do their best.
• Come up with ways to sell more products.
• Make sure customers are happy and help them with any questions or problems.
• Keep track of sales and find ways to make them better.
• Watch what products customers like and make sure we have enough of them.
• Check inventory regularly to make sure everything matches.
• Make sure the store opens and closes on time.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 1 year experience in store management
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Tech friendly is plus
• Be able to work at different times, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: Negotiable
