Job Description

Make indent in ERP
Maintain proper stock keeping and update stock book on daily basis.
Verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
Store the materials received from vendors properly so as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, maintenance etc.
Ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss.
Ensure smooth issue of materials to production department.
Ensure accurate accounting of the materials received and issued.
Periodical stock verification and ensure correctness of stock at all items.
Receive the goods as produced by the production department.
Deliver the goods as per delivery order and invoice etc.
Co-ordination with statutory auditors and other consultants.
Strong sense of ownership and excellent interpersonal skill
Work in close co-ordination with finance officer.
