Roles and responsibilities of this job

Asia Trade International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organised, analytical and proactive Management & MIS Executive to support the Directors and management team in monitoring business performance, preparing MIS reports, analysing sales and collections, coordinating follow-ups and maintaining management records.

The ideal candidate should be strong in Excel, data analysis, reporting and coordination, with the ability to understand business numbers and convert them into useful information for management decision-making.

Reports To: Directors / Management

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & MIS Reporting

Collect, verify and analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales reports from the sales team.
Monitor sales performance against targets.
Identify sales gaps, unusual trends and areas requiring management attention.
Prepare regular MIS and management reports.
Consolidate data from sales, accounts, logistics and other departments.

2. Collection & Payment Planning

Monitor customer outstanding and collection status.
Prepare collection planning and follow-up reports.
Analyse expected collections against upcoming payments and financial commitments.
Highlight overdue collections and important payment requirements to management.
Maintain an updated collection and payment tracking system.

3. Management Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports.
Analyse business performance and provide meaningful observations from the data.
Prepare Excel dashboards, summaries, charts and management presentations.
Maintain accurate and updated management databases and records.

4. Director’s Office & Meeting Coordination

Attend management/directors’ meetings and prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Maintain an Action Point Tracker for decisions taken during meetings.
Follow up with responsible team members regarding pending tasks.
Monitor deadlines and provide regular updates to the Directors.
Maintain proper records of important management decisions and follow-ups.

5. Business Development Support

Assist management in identifying new business opportunities and ideas.
Conduct basic market, product and competitor research.
Analyse new product/category opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations to support management decision-making.
Support Directors in special projects and business initiatives.

6. Excel & Data Management

Develop and maintain various Excel-based reports and trackers.
Use advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
Maintain accurate databases and ensure data consistency.
Improve existing reporting systems and introduce efficient reporting formats.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good understanding of sales, collection and business operations.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Excellent follow-up and coordination ability.

Data validation and data cleaning
Charts and dashboards
Management reporting
Basic financial analysis

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Candidates with strong practical Excel and MIS experience will also be considered based on capability.
