Staff Accountant - I

Job Description :

• Review monthly accounting procedures- bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations
• Prepare & review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for client's presentation prepared by subordinates
• Analyze past and present trends and prepare estimated annual revenue and expenditure for quarterly & annual income tax projections
• Complete Financial Audit Procedures using PPC system, prepare work papers and reconciliations, analyze trial balance
• Prepare & review income tax returns for various business and personal
• Review Payroll information in Payroll software and generate quarterly payroll return
• Communicate regularly with supervisor and team members on work progress

Job Qualification : 

• CA Candidate, ACCA, or Master's in accounting preferable with 1-2 years of experience
• Should have sound knowledge of accounting
• Experience in similar office set-up and responsibilities is highly desirable
• Knowledge in accounting software (Tally, Quick book) is preferable
• IT literate and must be able to use MS Office Package with proficiency level in excel
• Great attitude and good communication skills
• A team player with the ability to work as part of team or on their own
