Job Description

  • Handle banking transaction after management's approval which includes requesting for cash/deposits/withdrawals.
  • Communicate with third parties and prepare payments after verifying documents and requesting disbursements. 
  • Prepare and disperse wages & salary. 
  • Reconcile expenses and income document and make proper entries in tally by analyzing account information. 
  • Reconcile production documents and make proper entries of all inward and outward transaction. 
  • Daily reporting to senior management. 
  • Co-ordinate with auditors and prepare excellent balance sheet, profit/loss statement and other reports. 

IMPORTANT:

  • Communicate only with managers and team heads if any problem arises.
  • Do not communicate with the workers or staffs directly.
  • Immediately inform of errors, mistakes and risks if any to the manager.
  • Maintain discipline and proper working environment to the dept. head.
  • Be respectful to workers, managers and coworkers.
  • Assist manager & co-workers as needed.
