Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process to attract top-tier talent. You will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition workflows, from analyzing hiring needs to managing the offer and negotiation phase, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis:

  • Collaborate with Department Heads (HODs) to conduct thorough requirement analysis for new roles.
  • Assist HODs in drafting and finalizing job descriptions by defining key tasks, required competencies, and performance expectations.
Recruitment and Hiring Process:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and application management.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Efficiently process incoming applications and conduct initial resume reviews to identify top prospects.
Candidate Screening & Qualification:
  • Conduct initial screening and assessment interviews to evaluate candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with Department Heads (HODs) and HR.
  • Facilitate interview feedback sessions and assist in making informed hiring decisions.
Offer Management & Negotiation:
  • Draft comprehensive offer letters, including compensation, benefits, and other relevant terms.
  • Present formal job offers and articulate the value proposition of the role and the company to candidates.
  • Engage in professional and effective salary and terms negotiations to reach a mutually agreeable outcome.
  • Secure formal acceptance of offers and manage the necessary documentation for a seamless internal handoff to the Onboarding team.
