Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process to attract top-tier talent. You will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition workflows, from analyzing hiring needs to managing the offer and negotiation phase, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis:

Collaborate with Department Heads (HODs) to conduct thorough requirement analysis for new roles.
Assist HODs in drafting and finalizing job descriptions by defining key tasks, required competencies, and performance expectations.

Recruitment and Hiring Process:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and application management.
Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Efficiently process incoming applications and conduct initial resume reviews to identify top prospects.

Candidate Screening & Qualification:

Conduct initial screening and assessment interviews to evaluate candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with Department Heads (HODs) and HR.
Facilitate interview feedback sessions and assist in making informed hiring decisions.

Offer Management & Negotiation:

Draft comprehensive offer letters, including compensation, benefits, and other relevant terms.
Present formal job offers and articulate the value proposition of the role and the company to candidates.
Engage in professional and effective salary and terms negotiations to reach a mutually agreeable outcome.
Secure formal acceptance of offers and manage the necessary documentation for a seamless internal handoff to the Onboarding team.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer, Recruiter.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other AI recruitment tools will be a plus.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Hours: 3 PM to 12 AM
