Excellent coding skills with ability to write production-ready code quickly with minimum assistance.
Ability to work effectively with huge code base using version control tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Willingness to work in flexible hours overlapping with US office hours.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work and coordinate amicably with team members and management.
Experience of having worked at Team Lead position and prior involvement in development of Enterprise Application(s) will be a bonus.
Technical Skills:
Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Design concepts.
Development experience with .Net Framework 2.0 and above.
Must have 3+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications using C# and/or ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, CSS, HTML with SQL Server backend.
Developing and consuming Web Services. Knowledge of WCF a plus.
Experience of working with version control systems like SVN, TFS etc.

Analyze product requirements. Design and develop solutions to meet the requirements.
Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance existing product modules and services following full software development life cycle for our highly novel and proprietary enterprise software.
