Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior .NET Developer who can take ownership from day one. You’ll join early, get deep into the systems, and grow into a key technical leader as the platform scales. You’ll collaborate with the team to deliver fast, scalable, and secure applications.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an evolving codebase, enjoys simplifying complexity, and is capable of thinking both tactically (clean code, solid patterns) and strategically (system design, team scaling).

What You'll Do

Build robust backend systems using ASP.NET Core (MVC/Web API) and C#
Design and build RESTful APIs used by internal and external applications
Modernize legacy codebases (e.g. Web Forms) into modular, testable services
Work with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL Server for data persistence
Integrate third-party APIs and handle XML/XSLT where needed
Build and maintain interactive UI components using JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout.js, and AngularJS.
Implement dynamic client-side logic and seamless API integration to provide responsive and user-friendly experiences.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure consistent and intuitive design implementation.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
Contribute to architecture discussions, suggest improvements, and help set engineering standards
Collaborate with frontend developers (React, Vue, or Razor-based UIs)
Write clear, maintainable, and testable code with unit/integration tests
Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and technical decision-making
Prepare for eventual team leadership, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical roadmaps
