Job Description

  • Lead and guide all quality related aspects by implementing quality management systems, quality plans and controls to achieve  objectives
  • Ensure the quality of products and their compliance with the standardized and contractual requirements
  • In charge for the achievement of key performance indicators in the field of product quality and quality systems related agreed targets
  • Ensure cooperation with the customer
  • Provide the necessary guidance to staff and ensure the continuous improvement of its competency
  • Identify specific developmental needs and gaps of the assigned staff
  • Train and develop the assigned staff to provide specific knowledge
  • Control and guide the daily work and ensure the safety
  • Implement standardized reporting functions, work instructions
  • Carry out annual performance reviews of employees
  • Ensure a well-organised communication of decisions and current developments of technical information
  • Ensure the use of necessary data analysis in order to improve the established system
  • Secure the retention of the certification of marketed products
  • Continuous reporting
  • Comply with all relevant company and statutory environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines
