Job Description

  • Responsible for leading the sales efforts of the company's pre-engineered building products. This managing the Sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Also responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and Success of the company
  • Strong knowledge of pre-engineered building (PEB) products along with overall construction industry  Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
  • New Leads & Customers
  • Frequent visits to industry influencers (Civil consultants, architects and contractors) and customers 
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including setting performance goals, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations 1
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to improve the Company's Pre-engineered building products and services
  • Make offers with technical and commercial knowledge
  • Conveying the customer's exact requirements to a Product Management Team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure the success of the sales efforts
  • Developing long term relationships with clients
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
