Accessible ICT is seeking an experienced Sr. iOS/Android Developer capable of architecting, designing, developing and testing complex applications for a variety of iOS/Android devices. Candidate should be self-driven, self-managed and able to monitor the team’s performance to ensure if they meet daily goals, perform research and analysis of technical issue, develop recommended solutions, and support to formulate project scope and objectives. You will work as part of our world class outsourcing team developing mobile applications for international customers.

For iOS Developer:

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Hands-on development: analyse product specifications, design implementations, write code and rapidly deliver iOS app feature designs
• Contribute technical ideas and suggestions to enhance the direction of the product
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to Mobile team
• Work within an agile team (daily standups, weekly planning meetings)
• Creative thinking & abstract technical problem solving
• Participation in software design, estimation of development tasks, testing, QA process, pair programming, troubleshooting and code debugging
• Strong knowledge of latest Apple technologies and developer tools
• Experience in social network sdk integration
• Plan and conduct code reviews

For Android Developer:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and API's
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to Mobile team
• Plan and conduct code reviews
