It is head quartered at Buddha Nagar, Kathmandu, Nepal. Ample experience with local organization and MNC, Aparajita Group is one of the finest, when it comes to strategy and planning.

Job Responsibilities:

Creative Design: Conceptualize and design compelling visuals for digital campaigns, including social media posts, banners, website assets, flyers, coupons, advertisements, videos, animations etc.
Brand Adherence: Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
Illustration & Artwork: Create original illustrations, graphics, and animations to enhance creative content.
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to create integrated campaigns.
Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to produce fresh, innovative content.
Feedback Implementation: Modify designs based on team or client feedback while maintaining high quality standards.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education and Experience:

Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. (Not mandatory)
Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer (compulsory) or a similar role in a marketing agency

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere and Aftereffect ).
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
Good hand on Animation and video editing tools is a must.
Understanding of Brand guidelines and CI.
Creative Vision: Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and creative solutions.

Soft Skills:

Good communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle constructive criticism positively.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Second round - Hands on
Third round - Interview
