Senior Sales Manager

One Pasal is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in strategic planning, team leadership, and relationship management, with experience handling international cosmetic brands, imported Indian brands, and electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and explore new market opportunities.
• Identify, acquire, and retain clients, distributors, and retail partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales plans.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Foster a high-performance culture and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Client & Partner Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Support digital marketing, social media, and offline promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Data & Performance Management:

• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and data analysis to inform business strategy.
• Leverage insights from market and sales data to drive growth and expand market share
