Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Other Specification

  • Bachelors Degree in Management/Commerce
  • Must have considerable knowledge with basic accounting principles (i.e. journal entries, debits, credits, etc.) and accounting functions.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills 
  • Hardworking, proactive and dedicated to work
  • Good command in English 
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Description

  • Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger including payables and receivables
  • Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems 
  • Processes supplier invoices
  • Maintain the purchase order system
  • Ensure data is entered into the system
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
  • Prepare income statements, balance sheet, monthly financial statement, quarterly report and annual reports
  • Other duties as assigned
