Position: Specialist- Voice Wholesale, ILD

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for revenue management and associated costs related to wholesale voice business
  • Work closely with wholesale partners and carriers for ensuring that Ncell network is able to receive terminating minutes and continues to have a higher share of market share in this business 
  • Working with the whole sale value chain and supporting the Unit manager in representing Ncell in engagement with external service providers 
  • Effectively handling disputes with the partners and ensuring that they resolved with full transparency and compliance according to best practices 
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders in terms of performance management and monitoring trends of traffic and its associated revenue management 
  • Working with partners to ensure that they continue to have interest in promoting Ncell in their retail promotions so that we continue to deliver on our ambitions and continue to have higher market share 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree with 4 years’ experience in the wholesale/B2B business or partnership management and external/internal stakeholder management OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of Experience. 
  • Has good understanding of analytics and reporting frameworks and analytical skills and ability to understand driver level details which email ILD voice business (e.g. business rules, subscriber base etc.) 
  • Has good discipline and follow up skills to ensure that operational activities are completed internally in terms of payment, collections, disputes and legal documents and fully completed.
  • Profile:
  • Reviews situations or problems related to the work and presents all perspectives clearly for analysis
  • Reviews and recommends new solutions or techniques to improve work output
  • Tries to review links beyond own work area
  • Seeks to learn more about other parts of the unit, or function
  • Proactively seeks out customers' input to obtain feedback on performance
  • Effectively communicates with others to obtain needed information or support
  • Adapts rules or recommend alteration in normal procedures to get a job done well
  • Understands personal strengths & weaknesses, and works on constructive feedback to improve one's work performance

Duty Station:
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements.
