• Closely work in co-ordination with software development team in all project management issues
• Streamlining and improving all activities of the software division 
• Liaison with Client in all process of Software Project Management from project initiation to complete implementation.
• To make sure any task/work be achieved on time as per defined target/deadline. Target or Deadline should strictly be met.

Daily Operation/ Admin related to Software Department

• Staff Office Attendance and monitoring all staffs.
• Logistic/ Procurement
• To solve any issues related Employee/ Customer 
• All Admin related tasks / Document Management 
• All other day to day activities.

Schedule Monitoring :

• Timely Supervision of all Software Team / Designer and Support Team
