As a Software Engineer at Skills for English Nepal you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our organization. We are a leading immigration and education consultancy firm, dedicated to helping students and professionals achieve their dreams of studying, working and settling abroad. Our team of experts provides comprehensive services, from visa consultations and application assistance to language training and career guidance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain our company website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience for our clients
Manage company servers and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software needs and propose solutions
Stay updated with technological advancements and recommend improvements to our digital infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve any website or server issues in a timely manner
Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's search engine ranking
Conduct regular website backups and updates, including content and design changes
Ensure compliance with data protection laws and other relevant regulations
Look after CRM updates and provide ongoing CRM support, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve any website, server, or CRM-related issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular website backups and updates, including content and design changes, as well as CRM-related data and features.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws and other relevant regulations, particularly in relation to CRM and customer data.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Experience in software development, preferably in the immigration and education industry
Strong understanding of website development and management, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant languages
Experience with server and cloud management, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
