SEO Specialist

Reports to: COO/ IT Head

We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about search engines, e-commerce, and driving global organic traffic. You will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies, optimizing content, and ensuring our website ranks high in search results across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

• Optimize product and landing pages for search engines, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings (H1-H6), and internal linking structures for thousands of SKUs.

Technical SEO:

• Conduct regular site audits to fix crawl errors, improve Core Web Vitals, manage XML sitemaps, and implement Schema Markup (Product, Breadcrumb, Review).

Keyword Research & Content Strategy:

• Identify high-value keywords across global markets (USA, India, Europe, SE Asia).
• Collaborate with the content team to create educational and informative content for Rudraksha, Vedic Astrology, and Spiritual Wellness topics.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

• Execute ethical backlink strategies focusing on high-authority spiritual, lifestyle, and wellness domains.

International SEO:

• Manage hreflang tags, localized keyword targeting, and SEO strategies for global audiences.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor performance via Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Provide weekly reports on rankings, traffic, and conversions, and make actionable recommendations.
