  • Very good knowledge of Accounting software ( Tally, QuickBooks).
  • Good interpersonal skills with learning attitude.
  • Should be able to travel extensively to provide our developed software support service to the customer.
  • Must have valid driving license of two wheeler and preference will be given those who own two wheeler.

 

Job Description

  • Receive client with a cheerful attitude and be always positive while receiving clients.
  • Look into customer queries and complains and forwarded it to the concern department 
  • Provide as back-up for marketing department for trouble shooting in terms of software provided to the clients.
  • Visit field in matters relating to support provided to clients.
  • Implement new project by coordination with Software Support in charge by providing all the project descriptions.
  • Provide training to clients required after completion of new software development.
