Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of Social Facilitator include, but are not limited to, the followings:

Work for the field implementation of COPPADES activities as required
Remain in field unless asked to be elsewhere
Keep close contact with community people and monitoring activities and build confidence and win community support and respect while implementing the project activities
Work closely and with mutual respect with other staff senior and junior promoting team spirit
Keep track of every household, with the assistance of other staff, on their participation and progress related with project activities.
Responsible for supervising, field activities of COPPADES effectively;
Be available during visits by Program Coordinator/Project Director and other senior officials including Board Members and donor representatives
Develop periodic plan of the project assigned to him/her and implement such plan as appropriate for the best interest of the Employer
Keep, in close cooperation with the finance during field activities, make necessary expenses if needed and make the receipts available to the finance officer in a timely manner
Keep report of the field activities and report to the Logistics Officer and the Project Coordinator/Project Director in given format and time
Keep daily diary of the activities done in the project and produce written progress report of field activities on monthly basis and as required
Do any other things for the benefit of the COPPADES and as directed by the Board through Program Coordinator/Project Director.
Act as self-motivated advisor for COPPADES board and Program Coordinator/Project Director on matters that are important for the effectiveness of COPPADES projects
Keep a time sheet for himself/herself as well as other visitors for the project and keep updated record of such visits and include such report as part of project report, including project expenses
Assist the project coordinator/project director on overall activities of the organization
Synchronize program activities, consolidate them and prepare operation plan across various projects
Try to attend meetings attended by Project Coordinator/Project Director throughout projects as advised by him/her
Carry out assignments/responsibilities as directed by his/her supervisor and/or by the organization
