Job Description

Build up Nepal is looking for a Social Mobilizer and field sales officer for our projects in Jajarkot & Rukkum after the earthquake. We are working to introduce a new earthquake-resistant and eco-friendly construction material – CSEB interlocking bricks and sell machines and training to local entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Field sales

Meet potential customers and explain our technology
Make sales calls, follow-ups, and visits
Respond to incoming inquiries
Make meetings and presentations, represent the company in events

Social mobilization

Organize activities and training for our entrepreneurs
Coordinate and arrange meetings with Palikas, Ward offices
Keep in regular contact with our entrepreneurs and help them expand their enterprise.
Meet and coordinate with local NGOs and INGO representatives
Explain to the local communities the advantages our our technology

We are looking for a person who can do both social mobilization and sales to local entrepreneurs. The position is based in our field office at Jajarkot with regular visits to the head office in Lalitpur. 75% field work.
