• Be responsible to implement project activities in the project VDCs
• Assist to organize meetings with project stakeholders, community groups and local authorities
• Involve in community based groups discussion and facilitation
• Involve in community level information collection and analysis
• Conduct VDC level meeting, orientation and workshop
• Identify existing VDC level platform for sharing community information and advocacy
• Sharing of information using existing platform
• Regular coaching and mentoring to VDC level youth mobilizer
• Maintain smooth coordination with VDC secretary and other stakeholders for supporting identified community activities (community action plan)
• Support to facilitate sessions depending on the capacity of youth mobilizer
• Involve in other task as per need project
• Work under the supervision of District Project Coordinator (DPC)

Duty Station: The duty station of the incumbent shall be Kavre. But s/he needs to travel the project VDCs frequently.
