• Plan and execute the social media strategy through competitive research
• Set up and handle business pages within different social platforms to build social presence and visibility of Felt and Yarn.
• Create social media calendar and improvise if necessary
• Ensure the consistent message is flowed across all social media platforms considering brand image and awareness
• Create content (original text, images, or video) and edit as per the necessity to publish across different social media platforms
• Create engaging social media ad campaign and use social media tools marketing tools to manage content
• Coordinate with other departments such as sales, production, and packaging for creating content
• Work closely with photographer, videographer, and designing team to produce the best content for social media platforms
• Analyze the social media marketing performance using appropriate social metrics and insights
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends of social media marketing
• Measure the success of social media campaign and meet social media KPIs
• Provide monthly social media reports and updates to key stakeholders
• Any other relevant duties as required from time to time

Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including half-an-hour lunch break)
