Role Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to amplify the reach of brands and sister concerns within Sagar Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence and engagement.
1. Strategy Development:
a. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
b. Identify and analyze target audience preferences and trends to create engaging content.
a. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms for all brands and sister concerns within Sagar Group.
b. Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
c. Ability to create platform-specific content, such as short-form videos for TikTok, visually appealing images for Instagram, and informative posts for LinkedIn
a. Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and company initiatives.
b. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
a. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around our brand.
b. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
a. Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
b. Prepare regular reports on social media performance, trends, and insights for management review.
c. Prepare project based monthly billing for clients.
a. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.
b. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.
