Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Counselor – India and Philippines to guide students interested in pursuing higher education in India and the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and counseling skills, experience in international student guidance, and the ability to manage the entire admission process from university/course selection to documentation and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding study opportunities in India and the Philippines
Assist students with university and course selection based on their academic profile and goals
Guide students through applications, admission procedures, and visa/documentation processes
Maintain proper communication with students, universities, and other stakeholders
Handle student inquiries and provide accurate guidance throughout the admission process
Ensure attention to detail in student records, applications, and submission deadlines
Support follow-ups and coordination with partner universities to ensure smooth enrollment

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in study abroad counseling
Strong knowledge of study opportunities, admission procedures, and student visa processes in India and the Philippines
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple student cases simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
