We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator to produce high-quality digital content that promotes the Bus Sewa brand across social media platforms. The role involves creating videos, reels, blogs, and other engaging content to attract audiences, strengthen brand presence, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create videos, reels, and short-form content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging social media content.
Write blog posts, captions, and stories aligned with brand voice and campaigns.
Represent the Bus Sewa brand in photo and video shoots when required.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to develop creative content strategies.
Monitor content performance and adapt strategies based on analytics and trends.
Produce travel or mobility-related content, showcasing routes, destinations, and experiences.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a content creator, social media influencer, model, or digital marketing professional.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Experience creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and blogs.
Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and short-form video formats.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Behavioral Skills:

Creative, confident, and comfortable appearing on camera.
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Comfortable with field shoots, on-location productions, or studio environments.
Open to feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel for on-location shoots, events, and field content production.
Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
Passion for storytelling, travel, and digital media trends.
Comfortable collaborating with marketing, design, and media teams.
