Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Communications and Digital Marketing Officer to manage the organization’s public image, stakeholder engagement, and digital presence. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in PR, communications, and digital marketing to enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and support strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations:

Develop and maintain a positive public image for the organization.
Prepare and distribute press releases, media statements, and other communication materials.
Manage media inquiries and act as the primary contact for journalists and media houses.
Coordinate press conferences, events, and public outreach activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the general public.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public perception and engagement.
Draft speeches, messages, and communication content for management as needed.
Ensure consistent and professional communication across all channels.
Assist in crisis communication by preparing appropriate responses and handling sensitive information.
Conduct research to identify public opinion trends and recommend effective strategies.
Support internal communication initiatives to maintain transparency within the organization.

Digital Marketing:

Manage the organization’s social media platforms and overall digital presence.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Develop creative content for digital platforms, including graphics, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
Monitor digital marketing performance and provide analytics reports to guide strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with organizational goals.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance online engagement and visibility.
Support lead generation, brand awareness, and community engagement initiatives through digital channels.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in PR, digital marketing, or communications
Proven track record of developing and executing PR and digital marketing campaigns
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
Ability to handle crisis communication and sensitive information
