Role Overview
We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who can take the lead in strategy, planning, and execution of social media campaigns across diverse industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creative freedom, and is ready to collaborate with SEO experts, designers, and marketing strategists.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client business goals
- Conduct audience and competitor research to optimize strategy
- Set clear KPIs and objectives for social campaigns
- Coordinate with SEO and digital marketing teams for campaign alignment
Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all client channels
- Brainstorm engaging, platform-relevant content ideas
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across social platforms
- Build and manage online communities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics
- Use tools like Meta Insights, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.
- Identify performance trends and recommend optimization strategies
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with graphic designers, SEO experts, and marketing teams
- Stay updated with the latest platform trends, tools, and best practices
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media (preferably agency side)
- Strong command of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & Twitter
- Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.) & analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage content calendars across multiple clients
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
