Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who can take the lead in strategy, planning, and execution of social media campaigns across diverse industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creative freedom, and is ready to collaborate with SEO experts, designers, and marketing strategists.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to optimize strategy
  • Set clear KPIs and objectives for social campaigns
  • Coordinate with SEO and digital marketing teams for campaign alignment

Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all client channels
  • Brainstorm engaging, platform-relevant content ideas

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across social platforms
  • Build and manage online communities
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics
  • Use tools like Meta Insights, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Identify performance trends and recommend optimization strategies

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with graphic designers, SEO experts, and marketing teams
  • Stay updated with the latest platform trends, tools, and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media (preferably agency side)
  • Strong command of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & Twitter
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.) & analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage content calendars across multiple clients
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
