What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience managing social media for brands, with a focus on video content and paid ads
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Strong skills in video shooting and editing for Reels, Stories, and TikTok
Experience in running Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, including A/B testing and spend tracking
Understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and ad performance optimisation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

This is a remote, full-time role based in Kathmandu, Nepal, working closely with our Australian team to create powerful content, run paid ad campaigns, and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the daily social media presence for Gorkha Flooring, Gorkha Fashion, and partner brands across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
Create engaging video-first content — including reels, ads, and behind-the-scenes features
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), including budgeting and spend optimisation
Write clear, on-brand captions, ad copy, and promotional content
Design and manage monthly content calendars
Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement analytics
Stay up to date with content trends, ad tools, and social media innovations
Collaborate with the Australian-based team on brand alignment and marketing strategies
