Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive who can drive audience engagement, create compelling content, and strengthen our online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Posting:

• Create and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short-form content
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity

2. Social Media Management:

• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media accounts
• Schedule posts using relevant tools and ensure timely updates
• Monitor messages, comments, and notifications

3. Community Engagement:

• Respond to audience queries, comments, and reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with followers
• Handle feedback and escalate issues when necessary

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, impressions)
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement

5. Paid Campaign Support:

• Assist in running and managing social media ads and boosted posts
• Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization
• Coordinate with senior team members for optimization

6. Trend Monitoring & Content Ideas:

• Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and viral content
• Research competitors and industry best practices
• Propose creative campaign and content ideas

7. Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, content writers, and the marketing team
• Support campaigns, promotions, and events
• Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy

8. Brand Building:

• Maintain consistent brand presence across all platforms
• Support audience growth and online visibility
• Contribute to overall digital marketing efforts
